BSOD ERROR - windows xp help!!?

Look through a href="http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&q=0x000000D1" rel="nofollow"http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx…/a first. (It could also be caused by RAM that's going bad.)
