Would it be worth it to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad Q9650?

That processor has already old and out dated, and will probably not be available in 2 years, besides, why would you want to spend the money to only gain 600MHz. Take that money and put it in a saving account and in 2 years you will be able to get anything newer and it will blow the doors off that old technology.
