Death of the ego, the gateway to hell?

It sounds like a bad LSD trip, you have to face your fears, before they grow into a nightmare, but as you say, nightmares p...I think if you are to experiment with things like this you should do it under the direction of a master, not on your own. Surround yourself with a white light, an know you are perfectly safe, your cup is not ready to hold this knowledge, just take things one step at a time, don't overwhelm yourself...take three deep breaths, pulling your energy up from your feet to your head, and breathing out down to your feet, to help rebalance your energies...and keep your mind on positive thoughts, you are opening yourself up to forces that you are not ready to handle, put the light of God's protection over you, and if you want to learn about ego/vrs spirit, read A New Earth, by Edkhart Tolle...
