I have Chicken pox! HELP!!?

DONT SCRATCH IT!!!!!! i had chicken pox when i was 18 and i still have a few scars from the ones that i scratched. i wouldnt go in the sun, theres nothing you can do, just dont scratch and apply alot of camomile ointment on, i know its so annoying but it will p! you cant get rid of them, it will go away by itself, normally about 7 days, so u almost done!
