My jg g36c airsoft gun wont shoot?

i just got my first airsoft gun in the mail and i put the bbs in and i tryed to shoot but no bullets came out it was making the shooting noise and i took off the clipp and a whole bunch of bbs fell out. i tryed to unjam it abut there was nothing stuck and it keeps doing the same thing
