Why do all races of Men always desire a "White Women"?

Okay,Like lets just be real. Every race of Men,so thats - Black,White, Asian,South Asian,Arab & Middle Eastern,Hispanic,Native and Mixed Raced Nationalities always seem to want White Women? Its like if a race of men (obviously besides White) get a white girl, they walk around with like this y,show-offy like ...."Yay,yay...I GOT A WHITE GIRL!!!!,woo hoo, I finally did it,look at me!. My dream came true =D" attitude. ... .?? Like whats so good about White women, not all of them are "that great" looking. Is the media to blame? Is it the Men's Surroundings (like where they grew up)?? ....Or Do Men simply think that White Women are just flat out the Most Attractive and Best looking race of Women, then any other race of females??......(which I STRONGLY beg to differ =P)
