Why do men always stare/look at young girls??? why why??

Its freaking me out im scared and have dirty looks and confused angryyy realli angryyy that i start screaming at men because there always ****** staring at me there eyes are on mee ugly men stare there ******* mental i find it uncomfortable plus im a tomboy i dress like a boy fully everything baggy i walk like one but my face is beatiful i try and look ugly everymen ask me for and start smiling then i start punching attacking them there ******* s i dont dress like a tart i act like a boy why do they look and think of im fed up im alone i try not look at them but thats stupid how do i react to anyone if they walk past me men sit behind me on the bus they get close to me i want them to stay away from me helppppp im pissed offff im not intrested in them dotn care about them some men give me compliments saying im y preety but im not trying to impress them
