IMVU trouble loggin in! HELP ASAP!!!!!?

I have an IMVU account and i need help. When i downloaded the IMVU bar thing I would usually log in and start playing. Then I wanted to get more credits faster, so my sister said theirs this IMVU weal. I needed to go to shop and click something at the end. When i clicked it a new internet thing came up and it told me I had to sign in again. So i only needed to type in my pword, which i did, and then the page would come up again.... I tried it several times, but it would come up again. It WOULDN'T say i have my pword wrong. It just came back up and i tried and tried and it never worked. So I logged off and just shut down my laptop. I signed in, it worked cuz it was the small bar that came up, then when i went back to the shop thing, the website came up again , and it did the same thing over and over. ANY SUGGESTIONS? i would appreciate it allot, plz help! If you help just send me a message and ill give u my imvu sn. Thanks :-)
