How do i get manufacturers for my brand?

Well to get your shirts in the store it takes some foot work. As for having someone make the shirts for you. The best option in the begining is to get a screen printer, like www.easyshirts.com or something like that who prints and sell shirts. When your company starts booming, then you can look into someone over seas to m produce your line. But in a start up the best thing to do is buy American Apparel shirts (or something like it) and have someone print your logos on them. I have a couple friends who have done this, it's worked well for them.
