Help on macbeth, shakespeare? QUICK!?

I'm writing an essay on Macbeth for English Homework. I've looked through the book many times searching for the exact quote where Lady Macbeth questions Macbeths downfall. I know its somewhere around Act 1 Scene 5, but i still can't find it. If anyone knows the quote, i'd be greatful if they could help me. thank you :]
