97 Prelude - recommendation for shocks and springs?

My shocks are gone. Need new springs and shocks... also getting a wheel and tire package, 17inch, 215/45 summer tires. california... don't need all season here, 'cause Cali has no seasons, just hot, warm, chilly spring year round. Any recommendations for not to expensive shocks/springs? I read Takico is pretty good.
